I found Brent to be very commercial & interested, responsive & obliging person the whole way through and Sada from the office was the same. His manner was very different from the two men and a van manner which I experienced in searching for the best price available. In fact, the move had to be coordinated with the building manager at the receiving end and she commented to me on how professional Brent had been in arranging the receiving end. The five men who did the actual move, Matiu, Dean, Alex, Dave & Ian went about the job in a competent and engaging way and did not waste a minute of their time which is important from the client's point of view on an hourly rate job. So I am a totally satisfied client.

Smoothmoves were the successful proponents amongst other well known office relocation contractors to relocate accounting firm Allan Hall. Allan Hall were previously located in three locations and consolidating to a new facility for 95 staff within a new development. The key challenges to the relocation included minimal down time to Allan Hall, co ordination with lT providers and the fit out completion. Smoothmoves successfully relocated communication equipment, lT, furniture and extensive quantities filing including the unstacking and restacking of filing with care and order. The success of the project was achieved through Smoothmoves determination to achieve our goal of shutting Allan Hall down in old locations on Friday and have them operational Monday at new location. We have also engaged Smoothmoves to undertake the full vacating and reinstallation of contents of a luxury harbour side apartment for the duration of a major insurance repair project. Our client is based overseas and was not available to remove contents. Smoothmoves document the detail of contents location by photographing all furniture, entertainment equipment, draws, cupboards and embellishments such that it could all be returned to the exact location. Our client could not believe that major works had occurred within their apartment when they visit Australia and found everything as they left it.
